Digg brings you the best news ... or not

Digg was designed as an efficient news platform. Visitors can post news, but they can also vote, and the most voted news get on the homepage.

If it was originally made for geeks and nerds, it's now open to every topics, and offers interesting and independent news.

But Digg is also victim of the spam, and its (active) community may bring problems in the future.
First of all, news that get on the homepage are sometimes astonishingly uninteresting, such as a big bunch of photoshop tutorials. It's easy to explain that : people vote for the homepage articles, and not for the others, that a Devil's loop.

But i let you see how useful can Digg be, and dangerous.
Let's hope we won't see the End of Digg in a close future, as some says. But Alexaholic graphs shows a decrease lately...
